Spring Creek Community Center (SCCC) proudly hosts a local 4-H Club for kids and teens in the Spring Creek community of Madison County, North Carolina. As part of SCCC's mission to serve families in this remote, underserved corner of Appalachia, our 4-H programming gives young people a place to learn, lead, and grow right here at home — inside the walls of the historic 1929 Spring Creek School building.

4-H Club meets regularly at the community center alongside our other youth programs, including Game Night, Craft Night, and Kith & Kin. Through hands-on projects in agriculture, life skills, citizenship, and community service, 4-H helps kids build confidence and connection while learning skills that last a lifetime — from animal husbandry to public speaking to environmental stewardship.

Because Spring Creek is nearly an hour from the nearest grocery store with no government offices nearby, the community center serves as the true hub of the township — and 4-H is one more way SCCC brings kids, families, and volunteers together on our campus.
