SCCC Employees
The SCCC currently has two part-time employees, Peter and Diane. They are based out of the Business Center. The majority of the funding for our employees comes from grants!
Peter Kennedy
Peter is a Minnesota native and moved to Spring Creek in January 2022. He and his husband, Kyle, visited friends in the area in June 2021 and immediately fell in love with Spring Creek. Within 6 months, they had packed up their house, their dogs, and their jobs to relocate and have never looked back. When not at the community center, Peter spends his time pursuing his interests in textile production – weaving, knitting, spinning and sewing. He has been regularly volunteering and attending events at the community center ever since he moved here and is so happy to continue to contribute to the SCCC’s mission of cooperation, stewardship and care for Spring Creek and its residents.

Diane Bourne
Diane Bourne has lived in Spring Creek since August 2022 with her husband, Brian, and their many cats. She brings more than 35 years of experience in retail management and inventory control, having worked for companies including Home Depot, Tractor Supply, United Rentals, and Bosch.
Since February 2026, she has regularly attended board meetings and volunteered at the community center. She has also participated in Forever Fit since moving to Spring Creek. On weekends, Diane works at Bluff Mountain Nursery and vends in the Community Markets with her own tent. She is excited to help this wonderful community grow the classroom and kitchen in Phase 3.
